A licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Property Manager (CPM), Albert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University. He is known for leading high-performing teams through market volatility, capital improvements, and regulatory compliance with expertise in financial modeling, lease structuring, and vendor oversight. His entrepreneurial acumen is underscored by founding and profitably exiting a residential investment firm, where he spearheaded end-to-end acquisitions and dispositions while advancing affordable housing initiatives.
Armed with a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and an active presence in industry associations, Albert brings a forward thinking, results-driven approach to real estate operations, investment strategy, and development. Albert cofounded Levarra Group as an all-inclusive firm that merges his background in real estate and business strategy into a singular, concierge-level experience for clients.

Managing Director
Omar Akrouk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of New Haven and brings over two decades of diverse experience across design, business, and media. He began his career in the television industry, where he worked as a producer and on-air personality, often designing sets and crafting the visual identity of his productions. He later transitioned into luxury interior design, founding and leading Black Iris LLC, a boutique firm known for high-end residential and commercial projects in New York, South Florida, Washington, DC, and select international markets.
Omar went on to serve as Managing Director and a founding member of Winterfeldt IP Group, where he oversaw strategic direction and firm operations. Drawing from his entrepreneurial insight and creative leadership, he helped shape the firm’s client-focused approach.
Following his tenure at Winterfeldt IP Group, Omar returned to his passion for design and innovation by cofounding Levarra Group, a comprehensive venture that merges his background in media, luxury design, and business strategy into a singular, concierge-level experience for clients.
